Equipment

There is a limited amount of equipment available but please do bring a mat if you have one and any yoga belts, blankets, and blocks.

Clothing
Clothing
Wear something comfortable that allows freedom of movement. Leggings and shorts are preferable over baggy trousers so that the teacher can see your legs. Be prepared to practice in bare feet as this allows a better grip to the mat. The body can cool down quite quickly during relaxation so please make sure you’ll be warm enough.

Try not to eat for at least two hours before class, a light snack over a heavy meal is advisable. If you suffer from low blood sugar, please ensure you have something on standby. Drinking during class can disturb the digestive system so please make sure you are hydrated before attending. If you do bring a bottle of water, please ensure it is safely packed away as it may be a trip hazard.
